on 500 square meter sized plots with four separate bedroom suites, a pool and guest areas.
We offer villa owners comprehensive end-to-end services that include the plot, construction and furnishing, as well as rental management and ongoing property maintenance. The concept of "Real Estate in Flip Flops" is designed to provide owners with solutions to all maintenance issues, including villa rentals and full service throughout vacations.
The villas are situated on a 17-acre area of land, on a mountain overlooking a breathtaking view. The villas are located in a quiet area of the Island – yet just a short distance from the center of Koh Phangan and its main attractions
